These policies govern our accredited certification programs and apply to all parties involved in the certification journey — learners, assessors, internal verifiers, and awarding-body partners such as Pearson (BTEC / Edexcel) and Qualifications Scotland (SQA). They set out how we recruit learners, conduct assessments, safeguard integrity, manage appeals, and protect the standards of the qualifications we deliver.

Identification of Learners' Development Needs and Prior Achievements

Record Mechanism

During the rollout program, learners are briefed on the their needs and how they can voice out to the assessors and organisations.

The record mechanism may include one or more of the following:

Individual Learning/Development Plans: These plans outline the specific development needs of learners and provide a roadmap for their learning and skill enhancement.

Action Plans: These plans outline the specific actions and steps that learners will take to address their development needs and achieve their qualification goals.

Development of Assessment Plans: These plans outline the assessment methods and criteria that will be used to evaluate learners' skills, knowledge, and prior achievements.

Learning, Teaching, and Assessment Plans: These plans outline the overall approach to learning, teaching, and assessment, including strategies for addressing learners' development needs.
