Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to develop the competence of our people, because the quality of our service depends on it.
Policy Scope
This policy applies to all Humanoid staff, trainers, assessors and internal verifiers.
Our Commitment
- We define the competence that each role requires.
- We review the development needs of each person each year.
- We give access to training, coaching and professional qualifications.
- We keep the records of training and of qualifications up to date.
Implementation
The line manager agrees a development plan with each person. Management reviews progress against the plan each year.
