Code of Business Conduct

Purpose

The purpose of this code is to state the standard of professional conduct that Humanoid expects.

Policy Scope

This code applies to all staff, contractors and associates that work with Humanoid.

Standards of Conduct

Obey the law and the regulations of the countries in which we operate.
Do not offer or accept a bribe, a kickback or an improper gift.
Declare a conflict of interest before it can affect a decision.
Protect client information and personal data.
Give a fair and accurate account of the work that we do.

Report a Concern

Report a breach of this code to the Managing Director. Humanoid does not permit retaliation against a person who reports a concern in good faith.
