Visit to Ministry of Oil and Resources in Chad

Humanoid had the honour of meeting with the Minister of Oil and Resources in Chad during a visit to N'Djamena in December 2025. The purpose of the visit was to share our learning and experience delivering competence programs in the region over the past several years.

During the meeting, the discussion centred on how competence assurance frameworks can support safe, reliable, and efficient operations across Chad's growing energy sector. Humanoid presented case studies from its work with national refinery operations, showcasing the multi-tier competence development model that was successfully deployed for Chadian operation technicians.

The Minister expressed strong support for continued collaboration and emphasised the importance of building local capability to reduce dependency on expatriate workforce for key frontline roles. Humanoid looks forward to deepening this partnership and contributing further to Chad's energy sector workforce development.
